These terms apply when you buy from PB Plaques at pbplaques.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example if we can't take payment, if the file you upload can't be printed, or if the text you've entered is unlawful or offensive. If we decline after taking payment, we'll refund you in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.

Your route file and your text

You keep ownership of any GPX file you upload and any text you enter. By uploading, you give us permission to use that data solely to design, preview and print your plaque, and to reprint it if there's a problem with your order. We don't sell it, publish it, or use it for anything else.

You confirm that you have the right to use the route and the text you supply, and that the text doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law. Trademarks, club badges and third-party logos are your responsibility, not ours.

What your plaque will look like

Your plaque is 3D printed from PLA, one layer at a time, in the colours you choose. Because of that:

• Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, which depends on your own display.
• Dimensions are accurate to within about 1mm.
• Fine detail in the terrain depends on the elevation data available for your route. Flat routes produce flatter plaques.
• Small variations in surface finish are normal in 3D printing and aren't considered faults.

Text is printed exactly as you enter it. We don't correct spelling, dates or capitalisation, so please check your preview before ordering.

Returns

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not liable for business losses. We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to limit.

Where a plaque is faulty, our liability is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid, plus any postage you incurred.

The website

We try to keep the site and its 3D preview available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The preview is an illustration of your plaque, not an exact rendering of the finished item.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
