Delivery

Every plaque is printed to order, so nothing ships from a shelf.

How long printing takes

Allow 3 to 5 working days for your plaque to be printed before it's dispatched. Busy periods may add a day or two, and we'll email you if yours is running behind.

United Kingdom

Free, on every order. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.

Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 24) if you need it sooner.

International

£15 to anywhere we ship, by Royal Mail International Tracked on a delivery duties paid (DDP) basis. That means any import duty or tax is paid by us, and there's nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. Delivery is typically 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, though customs can add time.

Getting your address right

We post to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully — once a parcel is with Royal Mail we can't redirect it, and we can't refund parcels lost because of an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days within the UK, or 20 working days internationally, email info@pbplaques.com and we'll chase it or reprint your plaque.
